If day to move is fixed, please inform real estate company of room inspection hope day by three weeks.

Room inspection is to confirm how necessary restoring to the original condition is.We check in landlords and resident.
After having carried out all baggage of room, we do room inspection.
Please inform electric power company, gas corporation, the water department having jurisdiction over apartment of the cancellation of a contract by all means within one week before moving.
We pay the difference with use rate until moving day.

Furniture,household appliances,garbage more than 30cm are oversized garbage and not collected by normal garbage collection.
If schedule of moving is fixed, please inform government office of municipality of application to process oversized garbage.

There is confirmation which place of apartment you take out garbage at the time of application in. Because it takes around two weeks before collection from reception desk, let's accept communication early.
We buy "paid coarse garbage disposal ticket" for government office after the communication.
("paid coarse garbage disposal ticket" is sold in supermarket and convenience store.)
You put "paid coarse garbage disposal ticket" on place that you are easy to look at of oversized garbage, and, by 8:00 a.m. on collection daily allowance day, please provide in place that you confirmed at the time of application.

After having carried out all baggage, we do room inspection and confirm how much repair is necessary for original condition restoration.

When room inspection is over, you return key to the check staff and evacuate room.
After vacation,we deduct cleaning expense and restoration costs from security deposit and refund.
You must pay the deficit by any chance when you disturb or injure facilities, and restoration costs exceeds security deposit.
